DMCA Policy for Lima Beans With Ham Recipe

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. To do so, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following elements (as per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Statement of good faith belief regarding removal error: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
